Best Hair Accessories on Amazon To Elevate Your Hairdo

I go in and out of wanting to use accessories for my hair. I usually keep my hair simple and don’t style it. Other times I like to use hair accessories to keep my hair off my neck and shoulders.

When I do feel like getting some new or better hair accessories one of the key places I look is Amazon. There are so many options and you can find something that will fit your budget.

Here are some of the hair accessories I have purchased and use on my relaxed hair or I have my eye one for when I can work them into my hair budget.

Mofeini silk hair scrunchies

I like that these are small so I can use them on my buns and they’re barely noticeable. They come in neutral solid colors so you can wear them with multiple things. You can purchase them in a 12-pack or a six-pack.

Kitsch Satin Scrunchies

If you’re looking for larger, fluffier, more noticeable satin hair scrunchies, consider these from Kitsch. The set I have is all black.

I can easily use these to put my hair in a loose high or low ponytail. Or these are great for holding a bun in place.

These Kitsch scrunchies are soft on my hair and don’t pull any hair strands out.

French Concord Flat Claw Clips

I love a good claw clip. Most of the ones I’ve seen, until recently, are bulky and stick out. So you can’t lay back your head on a pillow or headrest. You can with these flat ones.

I’ve seen more and more women sharing that they’ve transitioned from traditional claw clips to these flat ones. I’ve yet to try them but they are on my must-try list.

Knotted Silk Cross Twisted Wide Hairband

When I’m having a bad hair day or am deep into a relaxer stretch and want to wear my hair out I reach for a headband like one of these.

While these aren’t the exact headbands I have they are very similar - silk/satin, come in multiple colors, wide, not too tight or loose on my head.

Kitsch Spiral Hair Ties

I have these in black but they come in several other neutral colors. They claim to leave no creases in the hair. I think that’s really for caucasian hair as I still have a slight crease but it’s not as bad as those regular elastic hair ties.

I like how much elasticity they have but they will also shrink back to their original size.

300-piece set of bobby pins

Outside of hair ties, bobby pins are always disappearing or they are showing up in random places. I’ve found some on my garage floor and even my driveway.

Because of the disappearing act bobby pins like to do, you can never have too many. That’s why I don’t feel that a 300-piece set isn’t too excessive. You can get this set in black, brown, blonde, or a mixture of the three.
