My deal selections
I’ve scoured the sale and pulled out some key products that stood out to me as good deals.25% off select Juvia’s Place eye and face
I was kinda surprised by the discount this year as last year Juvia's Place was 40% off. Nevertheless, if I were in the market for some new eyeshadow palettes I'd be shopping. Most of my eyeshadow palettes are from Juvia’s Place because I love how soft they are, the vibrancy of the color, and they don’t easily fade away. My favorite palettes are The Coffee Shop, The Chocolates, and The Berries.
A few other eyeshadow palette selects would be The Nubian Eyeshadow Palette and The Warrior Eyeshadow Palette.
When it comes to the face products I’ve purchased the I Am Magic Velvety Matte Foundation and I Am Magic Loose Setting Powder but the shades were so off I wasn't able to wear them. So I can’t speak to how they feel or wear on my oily skin.

A couple of products I haven't tried yet but have had my eye on for a while are the Bronzed Duo in tan or dark and the Blush Duo Vo 1 (deep earthy tones). If I buy them I would probably go to the store to see which shades looked best on my skin tone.
30% off entire brand of Real Techniques
This deal is the same as last year which is nice. If I'm looking for a budget-friendly but good and effective makeup brush or sponge I turn to the Real Techniques brand. They have several options for brushes that last a long time. I use several of them. My picks for this sale are
- The Miracle Complexion Sponge Makeup Blender. You can also get the blender with a travel case to protect it and keep it separated from the rest of your makeup and tools when traveling
- The Everyday Essentials kit has the Expert Face Brush, Deluxe Crease Brush, 400 Brush for powder, the Setting Brush, and Miracle Complexion Sponge
- The Everyday Eye Essentials Makeup Brush Set
- The Ultra Plush Blush Cheek Makeup Brush
- The Expert Face Liquid and Cream Foundation Makeup Brush
I also have my eye on the new Makeupsaver Blending Sponge. It uses innovative fingerprint technology to mimic finger application and claims to absorb 90% less water-based makeup.
30% off select nail products
I love a good manicure but for some reason, nail polish tends to immediately chip after I get one. That led me to try the Dashing Diva nail strips. They work much better for me and last two weeks than a manicure should. If you haven't used the nail strips this is a good time to give them a try.
If you prefer nail polish some Sally Hansen and OPI polishes are also on sale as well as some nail tools.
30% off Neutrogena skincare
I like to rotate between a couple of Neutrogena’s HydroBoost moisturizers. I like that they have hyaluronic acid in them and also SPF to help protect my skin from the sun. Of the two Neutrogena moisturizers I use, only one is sold at Ulta. That is the Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer SPF 50.Some other notable Neutrogena products to try out are the Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Makeup Remover Melting Balm.
30% off Thayers
This is a brand I recently became a fan of. I've mainly been using the toners but have recently started trying some of the moisturizers using them at night.
Thayer's products I'd look at during this sale are

20% off La Roche-Posay Toleraine & Lipikar
This is a brand that I saw all over Europe when I was over there this summer and it's gained a lot of popularity here in the States. I've never tried any of the products but if I were shopping for this brand during the sale I would consider
- The Toleriane Purifying Foaming Face Wash for Oily Skin - it's a gel cleanser with niacinamide for combination and oily skin that effectively removes dirt, oil, impurities, and makeup
- Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer UV SPF 30 - it's oil-free, lightweight, has SPF, and contains ingredients like glycerin, niacinamide, and ceremide-3.
25% off Cerave moisturizers
I’ve never used this brand but I have heard and read so many good things about it. Especially how well the moisturizers work in the cooler and drier temps of Fall and Winter. The moisturizers on sale are a mix of face and body. Here are some of the options to select from
Face
- Skin Renewing Night Cream
- AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion with Broad Spectrum SPF 30
- PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion
- Daily Moisturizing Body and Face Lotion for Normal/Balanced to Dry Skin
- SA Cream
- Moisturizing Cream for Normal/Balanced to Dry Skin with Ceramides
25% off select shampoos & conditioners
Not really the best deals as Ulta sometimes has 50% off hair product sales but if you’re running low this current deal can help you save a few dollars. At least one of my favorite hair brands, TGIN has products in this sale.
Shampoos
- TGIN Rose Water Sulfate-Free Hydrating Shampoo
- TGIN Moisture Rich Sulfate Free Shampoo
- Camille Rose Sweet Ginger Cleansing Rinse
Conditioners
- OGX Renewing + Argan Oil of Morocco Conditioner
- TGIN Green Tea Super Moist Leave In Conditioner
- TGIN Butter Cream Daily Moisturizer
- TGIN Miracle RepaiRx Deep Hydrating Hair Mask

25% off the entire Not Your Mother's brand
I've used a few products from this brand. Some were hit-and-misses, and others like these two stood out for me.
The first is the Not Your Mother's Matcha Green Tea & Wild Apple Blossom Butter Hair Masque. It's what I call an express hair masque as it only needs to stay on the hair for about 10 minutes. After using it my hair feels so soft and supple.
The other product is the Not Your Mother's Clean Freak Dry Shampoo. I like to use it to refresh my hair and scalp between washes. Especially if I've been sweating a lot.
