- Wash day 4: Five drops of tea tree oil, grapeseed oil, almond oil, and Jamaican Black Castor Oil

To warm up the oils I boiled water in a pot, took the pot off the stove, and placed the applicator bottle in the water for about 10-15 minutes. I've found the oils warm up quickly this way and I don't have to worry about them exploding or getting too hot like they can in the microwave.

After participating in the challenge I've realized that I need to bring hot oil treatments back into my regimen so I'll continue doing them about once a month or every four weeks.
